I am a purpose-driven, people-loving, strategic-thinking entrepreneur and leader who is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to thrive. My journey to founding Eleni’s Edge has been shaped by my experiences as a first-generation American and a first-generation high school and college graduate. These experiences instilled in me a deep understanding of resilience, determination, and the power of lifting others as I progressed professionally.

With two decades of experience across different industries, I mastered the art of interpreting complex systems and driving results through my time in business and data analytics, harnessed my people development and coaching skills through my time as a manager and people development partner, and honed my ability to teach and instruct others to gain the needed skills to confidently apply new skills. I hold multiple certifications and expertise across said industries such as the Entrepreneurship Mindset Profile, Lean Six Sigma, life coaching, teaching, change management, and project management.

Along the way, I noticed a critical gap: many organizations struggled to balance culture and strategy—the yin and yang of sustainable success. This insight became the foundation of Eleni’s Edge. I created my business to help individuals, leaders, and organizations embrace the double bottom line of people and profit ensuring that culture and strategy work hand in hand to create thriving, purpose-driven organizations.
